Our Story
Started in 2016 when our founder got tired of watching companies hire wrong. Brașov office. Small team. Big frustration with existing tools. Year one was scrappy—lots of listening, lots of testing, plenty of failures. By 2018 we had 47 clients who actually loved using us. Scaled to 340+ by 2021. Added AI matching in 2022. Opened a second office in București in 2023. We're still scrappy. Still listening. Still fixing what breaks.
